During our stay at JW Marriott Changfeng, we were blown away by the stunning views of the Shanghai skyline and Changfeng Park. The hotel's location near Hongqiao Airport and an upscale mall with great food options was incredibly convenient. The standout feature of our stay was the exceptional service provided by Aggie's team in the Executive Lounge. They went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.

Great location and nice beds. The hotel is situated a few steps away from every place we like, for example legoland discovery center. The venue was really close to Shanghai Metro train station.

The staff - excellent and polite. Hotel - clean, spacious, well-equipped. Bathroom - appealing with bay windows. Location - near Changfeng Park. Gym - great, with water and towels. Breakfast - delicious. Pool - nice. Special thanks for the birthday cake.

I loved the tranquil view from my room overlooking a nearby park. The hotel facilities were well-equipped and kept immaculately clean. The staff were always eager to assist and very polite. Plus, the location was safe and parking was available.

Nothing to fault.

The airconditioning system was erratic. During our 5 days of stay, we had to call up 3 times to complain that the room was overheating. Although they promptly attended to the complaints, it was a bit irritating since the issue kept recurring.

Had booked a 'special deal' via Booked.net. When checking in in the hotel, I suddenly was not able to only take the optional breakfast, but was forced to take a special 'service package' ("you already have a very special deal on the room, sir"). Together with the internet no being included, the final price wasn't that special anylonger...

The hotel offered a wonderful romantic ambiance, with comfortable and spacious rooms. Our room had a beautiful view of the city skyline, and the staff went above and beyond with their hospitality. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the relaxing spa services. The hotel's location was also convenient for exploring the city's attractions.

While the hotel had many great amenities, we did encounter some communication issues with the staff. Some of the employees had difficulty understanding English, which made it harder to communicate our needs.

This hotel provides an exquisite luxurious experience with its outstanding service. the indoor swimming pool, spa & wellness center, and massage area are simply amazing. the restaurant offers exceptional cuisine, with a wide range of options for special diet menus. Room advantages include comfortable beds and stunning views from private balconies, while the bar/lounge area offers a perfect atmosphere to relax with a drink and snacks. Cons: the only minor issue is that the outdoor swimming pool is not heated. Nevertheless, the garden area is well maintained and it is a perfect place to take a stroll. the private facilities are exclusive and truly outstanding. this hotel is an exceptional venue providing a luxurious and memorable experience.
